1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and individuals legally residing in Singapore (e.g., work pass holders, students) at the time of entry. Affiliates, partners, or immediate family members of Alan Gadgets are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 9 Aug 2025 and ends on 31 Aug 2025, both dates inclusive. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following:
- Enter using any social media account.
- Complete at least one (1) action in the list to enter.
4. Prizes
The prize(s) will be clearly stated on the giveaway announcement page.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Alan Gadgets reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected randomly using a digital randomizer tool or equivalent method, with results documented for verification.
- Winners will be notified via email within 14 days after the giveaway ends.
- If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.
6. Publicity
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Alan Gadgets to use their name, image, or submitted content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
7. Data Protection
Personal data provided will only be used for the purposes of the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

8. Disqualification
Alan Gadgets reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or suspected of cheating, fraud, or violation of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Alan Gadgets shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize awarded. Alan Gadgets is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, internet outages, or platform malfunctions.
10. Governing Law
This giveaway and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
